The renovation at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur's Tower Wing will be carried out in 3 phases with RM5 million phase 1 project on June 15, 2009 and closure of five floors.
By 2011, RM15 million will be spent to complete the renovation of 363 rooms comprising Standard, Superior and Superior Executive rooms. Support facilities such as Ballroom, Gallery meeting rooms will also be included. The finished product will feature comfortable room layout, exquisite carpet and wallcoverings, spacious dressing area with bathrooms consist of modern shower facilities.
'The rooms are redesigned not only to satisfy the demands of the discerning but also to nurture and inspire the individual', says Tan Sri Syed Yusof, Chairman of Concorde Hotels & Resorts Malaysia.
He also adds, "The renovation will give a level of economic boost. We also see this as timely to renovate as we see the synergistic opportunity in the areas of material costs and labour. Works are moving along in pace and time motion. And workmanship is good."
