On 21st May, 2009, Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya celebrated the completion of 'Take Time to Be Kind' project of Baan Hin Wong School.

Baan Hin Wong School was first adopted by Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya during our 7^th Annual Charity Christmas Light-Up event last year December and a total of THB 720,000 were raised from this noble event.

"At first, we were thinking to buy some computers, but when we look at the condition of the place, we think this school need more than that" commented George Hazard, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. Hence, the ideas of improving the learning environment and providing a better hygiene standard for the students were born.

3 months later, this 'old' school had been given a total new look, and most of the work were undertaken by the Band Members of Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya.

The exterior building and main facilities of the school were given a new coat of paints, the gardens were re-planted and trimmed and most importantly, installation of a new water system which is necessary to provide the appropriate water pressure to pump the water for all usages. With this, hygiene standards for the students were drastically improved with the makeover of new lavatories, water sinks and common toilets.

The common play yard areas were also upgraded and new playing tools were purchased for the students to play and this will lead to a healthy body and mind.
