E-mail received in Bahasa Malaysia from guest that he appreciates staff’s alertness & honesty when he left behind a pencil case which contained valuable belongings such as a thumb-drive and card reader in the room upon checking out on 7/2/08. On 18/2/08, he contacted the Hotel to enquire about the loss and claimed the pencil case with all its valuable contents still intact the following day. "thank you to all the staff who managed to recover my missing pencil case and your hotel is absolutely alert on this matter. I appreciate the efforts and hard work of your staff in finding my pencil case eventhough the items inside is not much of a value. but what amazed me was the alertness and courage of your staff in helping and informing me about this matter. I’ll definitely encourage my friends and family member to stay here in future."
