True to its name, the Egg Station offers nothing but eggs, eggs and more eggs. Omelette, Benedict, scrambled plus a variety of condiments to dress your selection up with. The Deep Fryer section sees prawn tempura, vegetable julienne tempura, kisu fish and otak-otak spring roll. Make sure to visit the Teppan Theatre for ebi (prawn), sake (salmon), tori (chicken), niku (beef) or ika (squid) teppan.
