Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur greeted the Spring Festival with colourful events on the second day celebrations. As guests thronged to the Xin Cuisine to enjoy a wholesome new year offerings with family and friends, guests also witnessed a superb show line-up from marvellous performances from the Shandong Acrobatics troupe and a lion dance show.
The highlight of the day was the tossing of a giant yee sang in the hotel lobby. The Hotel's heads of departments and everyone else around the table joined in the ritual tossing of the dish with chopsticks high in the air, while saying out loud the words 'loh hei', which means liveliness, prosperity and longevity. |
