• Rates include two (2) buffet breakfast and Family Villas include four (4) buffet breakfast
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and US$8.00 bed tax per person per night
• Extra bed with breakfast : US$50.00 per adult / US$30.00 per child and subject of 10% service charge and US$8.00 bed tax per night
• Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child per room / Family Villas maximum of 6 persons (includes adults and children)

Boat transfers (return): US$ 100.00 per adult / US$60.00 per child

• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of request and subject to close out once the resort's occupancy reaches 50%

• All bookings will be received through HPL office only and this will be directed to our Reservations Department for confirmation. Please state clearly that this is a HPL Database booking for our easy reference.
• A booking is considered confirmed only when a confirmation number and advise is received from our Reservations Department (which will be directed to HPL office) - Please advise the person in-charge of handling this at HPL office
