First, I would like to thank Ms Hong for informing me that my car left front window was left opened since my arrival at your hotel on 5 April 2008.

Next, I would like to commend your Security Guards on duty for being so alert as to notice that I have left the window wide opened. They also took the initiative to cover the opened window with a raincoat. This has prevented rainwater from getting into the car when it rained very heavily this afternoon. I am grateful for their resourceful action. Finally, I would like to commend the Management for attending to the above incident in a very professional & effective manner. Your hotel has set an excellent example for the tourism industry in Thailand.
