The overall experience at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is Great. I am most impressed with the high service standard set by all your service personnel. The above survey should also dedicate a section on the "door men" as they have been very attentive and helpful. Kudos to all the staff and management for a job well done! We have enjoyed ourselves and we will return!
