The Kings Club Staff is Amazing. I stay at 5 star hotels all over the world (Pennensula, Four Seasons, etc). I honestly prefer the staff in the Kings Club to the staff at these major hotels. The Kings Club staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The are one of the reasons I love your hotel so much and will return often.
