Dear Timothy, Everything was great! We enjoyed ourselves. The organization and hospitality was excellent - George at Guest relations was particularly outstanding. We did have a blackout on the first day of our lectures just before 1.30pm. We were just finishing up but had to stop immediately because there was no more electricity. This was the only blemish in the whole experience. Maybe next time, we can have a group rate for massage, manicure and pedicure!
