Spices is showcasing Valentine 6-course western set dinner beginning with a delightful Alaskan snow crabmeat salad. Maine lobster medallion with seared Atlantic salmon and bonito soy rice wine dressing and piping hot basil infused corn soup with cappuccino foam and seared scallop will be followed by cool, fizzy passion fruit champagne sherbet. For mains, choose either chargrilled beef tenderloin with dauphinoise potato, shaved vegetable, umeboshi and wasabi pepper sauce or steamed spotted garoupa in soy milk skin accompanied with shiitake mushroom, green asparagus and spicy lemon garlic sauce.
To sweeten the evening, savour the endless love desserts, panna cotta with red berry coulis and special valentine chocolate pralines.
